Can I cancel?
A:  Yes. You can cancel your monthly membership at any time by logging into your account and your membership will end the day before your next payment is due and no further payments will be taken after that unless you renew. You can cancel your annual membership at any time, but because your annual membership is heavily discounted, we are unable to offer you a full or partial refund but after you cancel you can continue to use your membership until it expires.
When will I be charged?
A: We offer a 5-day free trial for new users. If you cancel during your trial period you will pay nothing. If you do not cancel, then payment for a monthly membership fee will be taken each month until you cancel. ‘Month’ means calendar month; for example, from 7th February to 6th March. If you have chosen an annual membership then you will be charged the annual membership fee at the end of your free trial.
How many of my children can use KwizEd?

A: Yearly membership gives you the option to register two children. You can register your second child once your 5-day free trial has ended. Monthly membership is for one child. Your parent-account username and password must not be the same as your children’s username and password. Do not disclose your parent-account username or password to children.
What about school year-groups for each child?
A: When you register each child, you choose which school year-group you want them to use (Year 3, 4, 5 or 6). Usually you will choose their current school year-group but you don’t have to.
What devices can I use for KwizEd?

A: You can use a laptop computer, desktop computer, tablet or smartphone. For the best experience, we recommend a tablet or computer. You will need an internet connection. Your device needs to run an up-to-date browser such as Chrome, Edge, Safari etc.
What about games?
A: Skill-based KwizEd games are designed to encourage and reinforce learning in Spelling, Maths and English. In order to play a game your child must complete quizzes and earn points which they can then ‘spend’ on games. This serves as an incentive to complete the quizzes.
Do the quizzes use sound?

A: For most quizzes, sound is recommended but you will still be able to use KwizEd without sound. You will need sound for spelling tests, as the questions are spoken. You may prefer to use a headset if sound is likely to disturb others.
Can I change the school year group?
A: Yes. You can change the year-group once during a 12-month period (for example, at the start of a new school year). If you need to change otherwise, please contact us.
How do I change my account password?

A: Go to the Account Sign-in page and click "Forgotten password". You will be taken to a Reset Password form. Enter your email address and you will receive and email with a link to reset your password.
What if my child has forgotten their password or username?
A: From your main account page, go to your child's Report Card. You can reset their password (bottom left). Their username appears at the bottom of the Report Card.
